What are the Accepted Fields of Annulments? 

According to the house of family relations in the Philippines, article 45, there are six legal fields of annulments that are officially accepted. Lack of parental consent, lack of psychological capability, being fraud or a con artist, approval of marriage that took place by intimidation, by force, or by undue influence. Being impotent or being physically incapable of providing satisfaction to the partner, having the severe sexually contaminating disease are the fields. Annulments take place for all these issues. Psychologically incapability is the highest reason for separation in the Philippines. 

How Much Do Annulments Cost in the Philippines? 

Filling Fees:

P10,000 or less.  The first step to take for annulment is to issue a file to the state or province you live for the past six months. Their filling fees are of P10,000 or under that.  

Acceptance Fees

P10,000 or up, this is the fee to pay when a firm accepts your case for annulments. The more prominent firm requires more significant payment.  

Pleading Fees

P5,00- P10,000 each; pleadings are the documents you offer in the court. It includes judicial affidavits, pretrial briefs, petitions, etc.  

Appearance Fees

P5,000-P10,000. An appearance fee is to pay the lawyer who pays a visit to the court according to the date of the hearing.  

Doctor Fees

If you are found physically or psychologically incapable of being in a relationship, this charge takes place.
